Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: available on qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier volumes, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at gdrop07@outlook.com and we will do our best to help before dispatch.
